Bowen Technique training
Students came from different counties to attend my
workshop in Peterborough giving an Introduction to the Bowen Technique. The day went well and they were able to apply the theory through their fingertips by attempting
to perform a Bowen move. The technique has a simple approach and of course it’s
all about ‘getting the knack’ before you can say it’s easy!
The next serious part is Module 1 leading to professional
qualification at the end of the seventh module. Case studies will need to be
found, recorded and concluded; anatomy and physiology honed and if all proves
interesting and insightful, new Bowen therapists will be born.
My mission statement when I was accredited as an
instructor was that every community needs a Bowen therapist. I’m happy to teach
and I hope that aspiring students out there will be equally happy to learn.
