Bowen training in Peterborough
Bowtech Bowen training has arrived in Peterborough.
This light touch Australian therapy teaches students how to assist injured or
aching joints, strained muscles and other health-related conditions that often
produce pain or discomfort. Foremost it provides relaxation and feelings of
well-being – a gentle approach far different from deep manipulative
therapies.
The course is nine months in duration and module one
started in October. It went well with basic procedures taught and an
introduction to the role of Bowen therapist. Module two is at the beginning
of November with new procedures and preparation for case studies. The month of
December will be for students to begin practising at home ready for module
three in January.
There will be an opportunity to enrol on a new course
in 2014 with an interest-only one-day workshop in January called ‘Introduction
to the Bowen Technique.’ Check out my therapy and training website www.helenperkins.com
diary or return here for more updates.
